Default TOP SPEED?

HI, I'M RUNNING A STAGE 3 GARRET, HARVY GIBBS TOP END, MONGOOSE EXHAUST, FRONT MOUNT INTERCOOLER, SWITABLE BOOST CHIP (15PSI ON HI BOOST).
MY RS GOES OF THE CLOCK AT 5000 RPM AND THE LIMITER IS JUST OVER 6 SO WHATS THE ROUGH TOP SPEED? MY MATE RECKONS HIS 180BHP ASTRA GSI DOES 140 AND I WAS STILL PULLING FROM HIM.

Just because it goes off the clock it dont mean your doing 140 clock speed and actual speed are completly different

My limiter came in in 5th gear at arecent shoot out and that was 146.?mph (real speed). I have in the past on the previous gearbox done a confirmed 149.7 without hitting the limiter so I'm wondering whether this box has an S1 final drive.

Either way, how fast do you want to go in a bean tin?

Top speed depends on your wheel size if you have 17's on your potenshal top speed will be greater than 15's.

It did get further round than that but that was the only pic that came out clear enough. Things aren't exactly calm in a beantin traveling at 150mph

Erm, nope! My passenger door feels like it wants to open at those speeds.

Next top speed video I do, I reckon I might play some 'Stig' style music.

Snap mate.

You'll need a big stereo to hear your Stig tunes as I know mine's not quiet.
