Default Another dead Cortina

I had to make the decision to have my friend of 18 years put to sleep on Sunday. I bought this 2 door mk4 when I was 16, before I passed my test she was upgraded to 2.0 litre and 5 speed box. Big deal in 1988!!! Type 9 5-speed boxes were only born in 1985. Unfortunatley for the last 5 years she has been sat on my mothers drive resting, sorry rusting. So I decided to restore her this winter planning to fit a V6 24V Cosworth motor. This went tits up as soon as I pulled her down the drive and found a full chassis rail lying on the drive. Hmm more proding found a floor pan missing, inner and outer sills. The convincer came when I removed the rear axle without spanners!!! Front and rear axles are now both for sale. PM for details. http://img.photobucket.com/v643/PaulR/Image002.
