mondeo 2.0 dohc and zetec are they the same?

as above. Looking for the answer as I want to make my first ZVH and don't want to buy wrong bottom end

if thay are not the same... what production year where zetecs fitted into mondeos?

You need a 16V engine from a 93-98 mondeo, assuming you're after a 2.0 liter unit. They were called DOHC, Zeta, Zetec, Zetec-E, NGA etc. All the same engine.

for a zvh you need a 1.8 zetec escort sump, oil pick up pipe, oil and water pump.on top of the 2 litre block and apparently a 1300 cvh cambelt tensioner.
