I heard that some mustangs in US have similar box to the one used on sierra cosworth RWD? is it right?

The Borg-Warner T5 box is used in a plethora of different vehicles from Mustangs, Camaros, Thunderbirds, Cobras, Isuzus, Jeeps, Holden Commodores and of course the Sierra 3drs

no they have a different tail shaft and different input and output splines.
