i have Gaz on my car, was running 325 fronts and 225 rears which is as Gaz spec them.
car is fine on the track or european roads but is slightly to harsh for UK road use (IMO)
Changed my rear spring rates to 190 and it took alot of the harshness out of the ride, but still handles really well.
will be selling mine as soon as i can get them off the car if you wanted those - only chnaging mine as been to Nurburg with Mike Rainbird and im now going to upgrade mine to Leda's which are almost 3 times the price of the Gaz

I RUN TOYO R888 TYRES 235/40/17 AND THEY JUST RUB AT 130MPH+
I HAVE NOT DONE THE MOD TO THE LEG YET AS I AM STILL DECIDING WHAT WAY TO GO.
I MAY GIVE IT A GO FIRST AS I DONT REALY WANT TO GO COIL OVERS
THERE *KIN BIG BRAKES ON THERE !!!!
i got some pro spacers on there now, dont look to bad and solves my clearance problem with out going to coil overs or knocking the leg about...
got longer studs in the kit but think i will fit even longer ones for safe sake..

before

and after

and the kit
