Hi all im looking to buy a fue parts and i would like to know the going rate on what i should expect to pay for the following items.

how much for the following.

L8 ecu with stage3 chip.

2wd cossie ecu loom

3 bar map sensor

is £500 for the lot a bit expencive ????


also could you tell me how to tell what level an ecu is. ie what number should i expect to find on what vairent of ecu


do fords still supply / stock new ecu`s or will be a case of second hand stuff?????

ecu with chip £200 - 250 used

loom £200 used

MAP sensor £80 brand new

so £500 is about right

personally, i would not buy a used loom. i would get a new one of dingy (le-claw) or ryan don't know their prices, but quality is spot on. old looms could be unreliable

do a search, there are plenty of posts with pictures of L8 ecu's and the correct numbers
