recently my PS2 has this vertical dark line and scrolls horizontally and its really annoying, also i'm sure the sound quality has dropped with some background hiss. Anyone else had this and no ifs it an easy fix? i normally only use it to play DVDs TBH. cheers

 

i am sure i read somewhere that they don't like playing dvd's for a long time ...
