how do i blur my numberplate out for when i post pics up?

Err open it in paint and scribble on it or use the blur tool

but i usually upload then to photobucket and paste the link thing? can i edit then in that?

u cant do it from photobucket u got to edit it on ur pc first before u upload it to ur photobucket
