Have a T3 turbo from a 2wd cossie for sale.

just been asked if it will fit a escort rs turbo - or will it fit onto the Erst exhaust flange.


its beyond my knowledge, any help?

 

if the chap already has a t3 escort turbo exhaust housing he can fit the core of the turbo you have to that. Not sure that the 2wd cossie exhaust housing fits the rst as the rst downpipe elbo bolts onto the back of the exhaust housing

 

you can fit a cosy turbo onto the erst manifold but ned to modify a cosy downpipe and mate it to the erst

or you could use the take the cosy ex housing off and put it into the erst housing

but yes a cosy turbo will fit a erst but not straight forward

so just an exhaust housing swap and fit it straight up, thats good to know.
