take it you mean revvin to 7000rpm?
revvin to 7rpm is not the hard part its makin power still at that rev range,no point stressin the engine if the power tails off at 6-6500

to get power that high would need custom inlet and exhaust manifold i would reckon

Newman cam, solid tappets, double valve springs and a fuckin' strong engine. T3 gonna be too small to be any use i'd of thought, will run right out of puff.

no proof at all, only my own eyes .

infact after looking at the sheet from nms its mapped to 6750 rpm. so i made an error, but if i had solid tappets and double valve springs and a strong engine and changed my t 3 , im sure the extra 250 rpm would really help .

i dont think nms would have any reason to tell porkys.

ive seen the car rev up to 7 k often , despite the fact its only mapped up to 6750 , but as i say i have no proof.....also , the combis for sale, come and test drive it and see for yourself

when i say power i mean peak power
ive got a stg 3 t3,newman cam, solids and dv springs and make my peak at 6k with it droppin 10bhp(@wheels) by 6500
i would still like to see if anyone actually makes peak power at or above 7k rpm on std inlet, exhaust manifold

by revving to 7k, would you be able to do 60mph in second gear?

edit: answered my own question - yes.
