I dont know anything about it, but i have heard that stamps dont get used on the post anymore, this was from my mum.....

But i dont know if its utter bullshit because how else would you send your post?

I need to know because i need to post some tickets to a member off of here.

If anyone could give me any information, would be much appreciated. Just want to know if its true or not, and if it is, what i have to do.

 

Well I used a stamp the other day and the letter reached its destination......

 

Buy stamps as you always have done.
32p first Class,, 23p Second class.
Extra for larger items now.

I licked it and sticked it and sent it away

As said stamps are still all fine to buy. but you can print them off online now if you pay by credit card etc

April - still stamps to post - they've just changed them a bit depending on how big the envelope is.

I think they've stopped using stamps on email now, they come off while going down the cable...

 

The post office themselves wont use stamps on parcels anymore, they use a new digital label printer that just shows date and cost etc, so dont worry, your mums not on crack.
