Got a genuine one on my car.
the inlet pipe (from the turbo) has to be cut off and moved upwards and outwards slightly otherwise it points directly into the centre of the alternator.
other than that its just a case of getting the 2 boost hoses to and from the intercooler.
Roose can make the hoses no problem - and may even still have the dimensions as he ade mine for me.

I looked into this and it wasn't worth the mucking around and finding gen pipes and good condition R500 coolers are very thin on the ground, so I bought an all black pro alloy one which flows and cools better

Monster - if your serious about going for a Gen500 cooler id sell mine as changing a few plans and spec's etc
all pre modded to fit, only thing im missing is one of the boost pipes as i sold it
but i should be able to help out getting it sorted.
Pm me if interested
