fuel injector ratings
Anyone know of a chart that shows which injectors have what flow? I had the greens but was leaning out, and now I have grays (unpainted are the grays right?) I need to know how much of a flow it increased when I changed injectors. I heard the grays are 83#/hr, is that true? How about the greens?
thanks!

Cant find all the information but greys are code #0 280 150 403 - hence being 403's
Greys - 503cc/min - 49.3lb/hr (403)
Lt Blues - 437cc/min - 42.8lb/hr (400)
Drk Greens - 300cc/min - *???* (803)
HTH a little

Ive just looked at mine and they seem to have a brown ring round them.
Ive always assumed a small turbo should have dark blue? Its the first time ive noticed to be honest. You dont have to take them out to check the colour do you?
The small turbo has different injectors to the LT.I don't think they are inter changeable from what I was told. Not sure on the colour coding but I would of thought you should beable to see without removing them.
Small turbos run high impedence injectors and are not coloured. Im running focus rs injectors with different manangement in mine which flow around the same as a dark green.
The non colored ones (Are these the gray ones?) are 2.5 ohms, where the greens are 4 ohms, so youre right, they areny easily interchangeable.
Im running an aftermarket engine management system, so its just a menu pick to select the injector impedance.

Yeah Ill paint them purple just to confuse myself in the future.
my car was running crappy with the grays, (403s) but it shouldnt have. Finally brought them in to a fuel injector cleaning service today and they were all fooked. Wrong caps on the end, one of them wasnt working at all.. had to get new ones, Ill install them tomorrow. So much for getting a good deal on them
I guess the good news is my problem was definitely the injectors.
