hmmm some advice would be good...
hey all new to the rs scene...
bit of advice on this motor tho plz...
this is a brief spec -
1.9 Steel rod CVH
Big Valve Head with cam
Charge Cooler
Big turbo
Detailed engine bay
90 spec interior
Bad boy bonnet
Cut out front bumper
Scorpion exhaust
17" Momo Arrows
6 months tax
6 months MOT
now the guy says the eng was rebuilt 30k ago currently 130k.. says it has larger pistons, l&b crank...
however it mentioned that before he bought it it ran on 22psi but doesnt know for how long to me this is quite high but he says it doesnt smoke etc and is running lowish boost, well 170bhp...
now when it comes on boost the clutch slips he says its got a standard 1600 clutch and needs something stronger...
also its a fairly clean car no noticable rust he said and for an 88 plate is in good nik...
i know its not a great question but what do you guys reckon this would be worth??? (ballpark)

not sure without seeing pics and i'm not a major expert. if its a very clean shell as said maybe 2500-3000 with the probs. leak from gearbox could be rear main oil seal which isnt too bad to replace at teh asme tim e as the clutch when you got the box out
