i have a 1.4 puma as a run about dropped on 17's and a green air filter, i have run the car like this for about a year and recently it has just lost power, it feels like im pulling away in second, it struggles top end and it just not very revy.
i have had it on one of those computer brain things? and there was no problems in the reading?
my dad has said about something in the air flow metre my need cleaning or replacing any ideas????

 

Disconect the MAF and see if it runs better. If it does clean the inside of the MAF with carb cleaner and plug it back in.

It is quite common for induction kits etc to mess up the MAF either by the oil getting on the hot wire, or the airflow changing as the MAF can not self calibrate.
