Right, I have seen this pic, but I now can't find it anywhere, so I need a PS expert to make me one - please!

Right, here's how it works.

This pic;



...shows 8 metal "balls" and each one has an album cover in each ball.

What I want tho, is proper album covers on each ball, not "faded" version like that showing the "metal grain".

Like this, but I want the properly "wrapped" around each ball, not just 2D stuck on like my lame attempt



The pics (follow the order they are on the above pic please, NOT the order I post them here) to be wrapped around each ball;

I could improve it more if you want, but its hard without some sort of incentive It's actually done in 3D, but I can photoshop pretty well too. Mind if I ask why you wanted this doing? You don't have to tell me; just curious



Edit' looking at it closely I can see how badly the spheres line up with the ones on the original picture, I could sort that out if you want.

 

I only want it cos I saw a properly done one once and thought it was really cool. The picture with the metal balls is an original album cover (for the album OCTAVARIUM) and having the 8 album covers on the metal ball signifies 20yrs of recording, and shows each of the 8 studio albums they have done. Which is why I thought it was cool.....

Here, this is the best I could do, but even tho I can "wrap" the covers (not very well mind, they look a little TOO distorted ) I can' get the light reflection or the bottom shading right
