plus it depends on what shape you have as they did do some mk4 Si's but the Si's with the round fog lights is known as a mk3.5 as it has parts from both mk3/4

side impact bars in the front doors, different indicator stalks,
electric windows in the doors, boot release as a square button, plenty of differences between the two.
