Is his statement true that these belts are the same as the GGR and Burtons ones ?

I dont know about GGR, but the last timing belt Burtons supplied me with was a Gates "PowerGrip".

Nothing wrong with Dayco belts (as on your E-Bay link), they make good quality OEM timing belts in HUGE quantitys for vehicle manufacturers worldwide.

There is a large choice of belts from different suppliers (most are not available in the UK), it's a competitive market because millions of belts are made each year and a timing belt is a "consumable" or service item:

my local motorfactors recon that q&h belts are made by gates dont see it some how
