If you want to those wheels, it depends on rim width and tyre width. I would use a spacer of 5mm to get the standard offset and to clear the spring platform if you don,t use coilovers. You should use 215/35 tyres to get good clearance, and you will probably have to roll out your wheelarches too and cut away the upper mounting point for the inner plastic wheelarch.
Yep ET40 for definate - its stamped on my 4x4 saff rims.
The standard rims are 7", so as has been said, it depends on the rim width. I would suspect they are 7½ by the offset, so offer them up to see if they clear. I think they will look to inset and 5-10mm spacers would be required to look good.

When refereing to "they are 7.5 inch by offset" what alloys are we refering to here, as the sentence before you confirmed that the saph 4x4 rims are 7" wide - are you saying there were two widths of saph 4x4 rims avialable from ford?
