Default mk5 rs2ooo wheel bearing

help!! how the hell do you get the wheel bearing out of the hub? and does it need pressed back in? any help would be appretiated.

Hi ,
I did the back ones on my rs2000 the other week.its not that hard. but when you take the rear disc /drum off you have to tap out the bearing shell thats in there.Fit the new shells and tappered bearings and rear oil seal and refit .

If your doing the front ones yes your need a press to do them

Erm, anyone know what the torque loading/setting is fo the rear bearings?
