just fool the warning system by taping up the sensors. they only need to see that the warning light works correctly for it to pass cos thats what the vosa computer tells them to look for

my abs light doesnt even come on

 

been told by ford and another garage,that they plug in a box,tek it for a spin and check the load pressures/braking %,also, feel for the pedal flutter,on the abs,
ive already sorted the switches,but now im gonna stick two belts in,im fuckin fed up now too,as me speedo snapped the other day,£20.70,these belts are £13,odd each,and my alarm is a cat 1,fitted and working fine(sigma)just that i wasnt given the certs for the insurance to see,so they wont cover me for theft till i get one with certs,wot a fookin wank!

your alarm you can get tested by a fitter if it is a big make. they can tell you. cheaper than getting a new alarm

 

mate gonna get a new cat 1 toad,with papers and a garrentee,mines allready lost its code once and the fob broke too,with was 50 odd quid to re-program and buy

and ive just had a pisser with a bike alarm,costing lots to sort,only to fook again,so ill cut my losses with this one,im getting it quite cheap ,fitted to the car ,at my address(or where-ever).

did think of that but all my contacts drew a big nothing when searching ,.thanks sigma .

 

Why not just have it MOT'd somewhere else that actually knows what the fuck they are on about? Ford are cunts as well as when I first got my S2 the ABS light came on and I popped into Ford and asked whether they could tell me what was at fault. I was told they would need th ecra for the day and there would be a charge of £350 to diagnose then repair on top Went and got a Haynes manual and 2 spanners and it was sorted for the bargain price of Fuck all

My missus was also told very rudely by a guy in the Ford parts dept in St Albans that Ford have never made a turbocharged Escort Saddly there are just some completely useless twats out there

the prob i get here is,the garages about,all seem to wana make extras on an mot,and to be honest,ive been ripped before,for shitty things that cost loads,just like the mech in the garage i wont name,is damm adamant that if its fitted it must work.
