Why not just have it MOT'd somewhere else that actually knows what the fuck they are on about? Ford are cunts as well as when I first got my S2 the ABS light came on and I popped into Ford and asked whether they could tell me what was at fault. I was told they would need th ecra for the day and there would be a charge of £350 to diagnose then repair on top Went and got a Haynes manual and 2 spanners and it was sorted for the bargain price of Fuck all

My missus was also told very rudely by a guy in the Ford parts dept in St Albans that Ford have never made a turbocharged Escort Saddly there are just some completely useless twats out there
