Default Warm up Regulator query?

Following the day out at Jamsport and eliminating a few more of the things that could be causing my lumpy cold start the next thing to try is replacing the Warm up Regulator (or so im told).

Ive been offered a couple of second hand ones but ideally want a new one, unfortunately my local Ford dealer doesn't know where to find it on the micro fiche as they dont know the part by that name. I know it is also on the XR3i but it's still called something different.

Does anyone know the Ford part number or what the other name it goes by?

part number for rs1600i warm up regulator is 9057996, probably not available under this number, but if you give the parts guy this number he should come up with an alternative, if no joy let me know & i will get my microfiche reader out the loft .
