What sort of boost can I run on a standard engine? 15psi MAX I have been told?

Looking into getting a steal head gasket before engine goes back in car was told I would be better off just with a standard gasket from ford?

standard engine as in standard car? or just standard internals?

standard car the max is 10psi, standard car with chip ~13psi, standard internals but all the right cooling etc. 20+

standard HG is fine
