where can i get one from?

why would you want one?
take your car to a tuner and they will set it up on a chip designed for the car, that will only boost to a llimit that your car is safe at.

dont get an unlimited boost chip mate my rs had one when i brought the car it run 251bhp but ran like a pice of shit, it pinked misfired and alsorts of noises.

Most chips remove the boost limit totally. It's down to you to tune the car accordingly then...

i beleive the boost limits are pre set and there are a few variants, cant remember what they are though.

well i got a bayjoo chip. and its retarding the iginition or sumthing like that lol.
i went to the rollers and got set at 186bhp. However, he sed if i wanted it 200+ then i wud need a series 1 ecu with unlimited boost. I dont kno why i wud need a series 1 ecu instead...

Who set your car up ?
As far as I'm aware, you can increase the boost pressure as much as you want once chpped. It's the rest of the engine that needs to cope with it that's the problem. Intercooler being the main starting point.

you are sort of wrong!! s1 does not not have a knock sensor and most of the s2's did! it was only the very early one's that didnt

S1 ecu blue-red-blue is the best one for whoever wanted to know and will fit S2's
off the shelf bajoo chips are very 'reserved' off the shelf
