2.1zvh conversion
Which block is used? is it a 2.0 mondeo?

Yes, the mondeo 2.0 silver top zetec bottom end is best. But, why throw away the most effective part? The 16v head.
You're on EFi now so that'd run a ZT easily. Buy a mondy 2.0 engine, slip a de-comp plate in and you've got an easy 230-250bhp.

Yup.
The managment would need chipped and mapped specifically for the engine, which may cost a few quid, but you'd be doing it anyways for the ZVH.

do you know the story with the gearbox? zetec box required?
will my cvh manifolds fit the zetec head?

You can get adapter plates made for the zetec. And your BC box will be fine.

i got my rpm pick up at the crank pulley at the mo were are they on the zetecs?
am i looking at quite abit off money for zetec engine tho

reckon i could use my sierra 1.8 pulley for the pick up still? its quite a chunky pulley and nearly touches the side of the engine bay on my cvh block, are zetec blocks wider?

ive just read that the 2.0zetec flywheel doesnt fit into the cvh box anyway so i gota get a frst flywheel anyway

Yes, Zetec flywheels for MTX Gearboxes are much too big. And maybe you can spend a few pounds on pistons then forget that decomp plate crap
