Due to different reasons I havent run my car with my MSD closed loop chip this summer. (no pectel monitor support was one, but that is getting fixed with my new chip soon)

Anyway, tonight I refitted the closed loop chip and what a hooooge difference it was. I drives so much better in the low revs that I just sat their with a big grin on my face even though I was just doing 30mph in 2nd gear.

Cant wait for the new chip to arrive as I really missed my pectel monitor, even though I only drove it for 30 min.

Closed-loop is the faster and smoother way forward.

ive driven a few msd chips now all drive really nice

 

Had forgotten how much better it drives in day to day situation. With my other chip it takes more throttle to get going and it feel sluggish compared to the closed-loop chip.

i was wondering this, as mine doesnt pick up very well from low speed, wasnt sure if it was turbo lag, or the map itself

if i buy a closed loop chip, do i get a whole new map? or just off boost map

would buy one right now, but have holiday in 2 weeks and would rather save my money for that
