which cam people to use
Hi everyone bin to have my car tuned today only to find out the reason my car sounds like an imprezza is that my new kent cam 35 is fucked so ive got to have a new one getting a refund on my cam, ive heard alot of people raving about these newman cams are they better than piper and kent etc????

a newman cam will out last both kent and piper, newman use chill cast steel with solid lifters, i will never use kent again and i would be Surprised if you got a refund. i brought a kent cvh37 which lasted 76 miles,
people will come on here saying that they have had no problems with there kent cam, the problem with kent are the blanks they use which are utter shite its a toss up weather you get a good one or a bad one.piper are not as bad but they cant compare to newman. i am currently running a custom newman cam.

new man cam it is then the car i soff the road now ive spoke to kent they tried to fob me off saying that my engine was faulty but when the guy who built the engine spoke to them they soon changed there mind i will never have a kent cam again whats the idea off having uprated followers and springs is it because off the strength of the cam silly question probably what bhp would i gain from the cam same as a kent or bit more. was so pissed when the operator said that the cam was fucked and my cars only producing 160bhp wankers the engine capable off 210 + with the mods ive got gutted. everyone learn from my lesson buy newman cams

PIper 285T2 is a fucking shite cam for the RST I use a Kent CVH35 on my Escort and have had no problems whatsoever but I'm hearing an alarming number of horror stories about them.
My Fiesta will almost certainly be getting a Newman cam

If i had the money i would go for a newman cam but as i got brand new piper cam kit to my door for £180 and ive done about 1k in it and it's been very good i wouldn't go near kent just in case you get a bad one
