Default Sierra Sapphire 4x4/2WD Intercooler Size's

Looking for a intercooler to fit in my mk2 fiesta with a zetec turbo lump

Anyone know the size's of a 2wd intercooler and a 4x4 intercooler?? Are they the same??

the 4x4 is 25% bigger.

2WD - H= 95, D= 95, W= 400mm.

4WD - H= 122, D=110, W=465mm.

These dimensions are for the "core" of the cooler. The 2WD sizes I think are correct, as mine has had new end caps welded on. I now use an unmodded 4WD cooler on my Pop, and in truth looks considerably bigger than the old 2WD. I could do some maths, but won't.

Have a few pics of both on front of the fezza, let me know if you want some.

Red XR2 (2wd) - You get the idea, mounted under the bumper, disguised by the front valance..........













Pop Plus, 4WD, mounted "in the bumper"........
