-31 is the end of the garrat part number.
A -31 actuator is usually the next step up in spring pressure from the standard item. After that, it is the -34.
Std is 4psi lift off, -31 7-8psi. -34 14psi.
These lift off values represent the lowest boost you can run with that actuator.
