Default 4x4 saff engine mounts?

which do people recomend to use on a stge 3 4x4 saff.. and has anyone used the colins solid ones if so does the car vibrate badly inside.. ? cheers

I have the Vibratechnics uprated items - a bit more vibration, but not loads

do NOT fit the uprated gearbox mount tho

i run the collins, less vibration than the vibra jobbies, and there plenty tuff enough too, hope this helps

ok cheers.. its on a mates car and had a prob with the n/s inner cv boot ripping so i got a bar in and seems the mount has gone as the engine easily lifted and touched the cv joint on the crossmember.. ill send him over to woodford for some new ones..

Also be aware that the Vibratechnic mounts are available in two versions - Fast Road and Competition. Most supplied are the competition ones (which I have on my car) and don't transmit excessive vibration, but if you are worried, you can get the slightly softer Fast Road ones (no price difference).

i have vibratechnics on mine which are great, my mate has collins ones on his and running a T4 turbo, again never any problems
