Is any one thinking of going to the Isle of Wight Show on Sept 24th ? I have a long weekend off that week so want to use my car as much as poss before the season ends - i'm up for going early Friday getting to the Isle of Wight for Friday teatime as i wanna watch the live match on Sky lol at 7.30pm, up the Barnsley. If any one fancies it or wants to car share with me no probs, just 1 thing, i don't do Psychos

 

Myself and Phill 2400 will be there with a fair few of the Somerset RSOC.

Not sure when we are going over - but I'm up for an overnighter - go see the rest of the place the day before or something.

Yeah, does any one know which area the shows in ? or any decent hotels nearby too, i've only been once when i was a school kid and stayed in Ryde.

 

Just been looking at hotels on the IOW - is it a lively place or wot lol ? Maybee better staying in Portsmouth for a couple of nights on the pop then travel to the show on the Sunday am. Wonder who Pompey play on the 23rd ?
