well thats the second time in the space of a week i have rang ford for a part for the cossie and they're discontinued!!! arggghh!!

my speedo doesn't work so wanted a speedo cable - oh discontinued! should av known!!

its only a 13 year old car WTF is going on

any ideas where i can get one from?

cars avin MOT today will it fail?

 

Usually it would not even be looked at due to car not leaving MOT bay, however if its a 4x4 the brakes can not be tested on the brake rollers, and has to be tested on the road (unless you got a nice tester ) The tester will proberbly notice the speedo not working but don't know if its a testable item

Defo not part of the test as put my old saff through without one, even told the tester about it too and he said it doesnt matter.

Ah now that could be a good point as the last test i did was the old style and not the computerised affaire. They will record the mileage.

 

Surely your local motor factors can order you one in?
