The offset and tyre size is more key than the size of the wheel itself.

i would also like to knwo this

as i have just dented my rondell and am thinking of moving up to 18's in the near future

not really concerend about the handling too much as they will be the roughly the same as my 17's more the clearance issues??

my 18's have improved over the 17's i had really felt more planted on the road and track.. 225/40/ tyres so have some give in them not too low on the profile or they feel really hard on the road ..
only drawback on the motorways is the lorry tramlines .. it tends to sit in them more ...

so yeah i like the improvment they have made

18' on mine,but 2wd sorry

Made no difference IMO to road holding/handling

Running 215/35 tyres on mine,ET35 offset, lowered on Eibach springs(-30mm IIRC),had to roll the front wings slightly, due to the wheel catching the wing as I drove up a lowered kerb with wheels turned

Only downside I've found with the 35 profile tyres is how hard cats-eyes feel when you go over them

mine is lowered about an inch and a bit on leda coilovers ..
have to remove inner arch and all i had to do was to bend the arch lip flat..
althought tha wanker that did it for me used 2 clubhammers and fucked my arches for me

225/40's fit very well actaully dont get any rubbing on the arches and yes it is 4wd

ok thanks for that info

i can roll the arches and i will use a hammer lol but carefully like ive done all my others

not bothered about arch liners anyhow as i hate the things so now i know 225 fit, but ill go with 215 1st nd see how i get on and then move up to 225 once ive worn these away

what offset are your wheels eagle et35?
