Made no difference IMO to road holding/handling

Running 215/35 tyres on mine,ET35 offset,lowered on Eibach springs(-30mm IIRC),had to roll the front wings slightly,due to the wheel catching the wing as I drove up a lowered kerb with wheels turned

Only downside I've found with the 35 profile tyres is how hard cats-eyes feel when you go over them
