I had hypnosis on Monday to stop and while I still think about smoking its not that bad, might be something to think about if you find it really hard

Quit my 60 a day habit about 6 months ago now and im STILL feeling te benefits more and more every day.. its the BEST thing ive ever done pal, keep it up

 

stick with it m8 1st couple of weeks are the hard ones, I gave up 15 yrs ago now and do feel alot better for it!
