Stage 1: 20 to 40Nm
Stage 2: 40 to 60Nm
Stage 3: Angle-tighten 90 degrees
Stage 4: Angle-tighten 90 degrees

Tightening Sequence:

(10) - (4) - (2) - (6) - (8)
(7) - (5) - (1) - (3) - (9)

if you can imagine looking down on top of the head, that's the sequence to tighten them up i.e. (1) first, (2) second...

hope that helps and makes sense

p.s. from a 1.6CVH Seirra, CFi? not sure if it's the same though.
