yeh sorry guys wrote this in the S2 forum last nite after a few last nite then just copied and pasted in to here today.should have read it again.
yeh i know T4 is a bit big .it was more really to do with the T3 flange on the turbo and if this is whats required to make it fit this was only turbo i could finf again that had the t3 flange but i do know the company has smaller one available.just they seemed much cheaper than what u can get in the uk..

On a 1600cvh yes, but you bolt that upto a 2litre Zetec engine running hi-comp turbo set up and with strong enough rods, you got yourself a 450+bhp engine with little lag from even a T4

Sorry mate not a ford man so cant answer that was on a 220coupe where a t28 is almost a straight swap for are standard t25's, The place he had it from also made hybrids for a v good price.
Should think they would make you one with t3 flags for about Ł500ish, dont quote me on that though. Sorry if confused you mate.

Yeah mate , T4 on a 1.6 i think is to big , on my 2.1 however it would go like fook .

loose a little drivability perhaps but monster power .

Next years car is gonna be a 2.0l turbo , 8.1 compression ( perhaps a litle high but its built now ) and a T4 with .63 housing ( maybe bigger ) 1000 cc injectors on MBE management .

Just want silly power and straight line grunt ,

Was on track yesterday and found that i had more than enough power , maybe to much for my novice experience , the car was just gettin to the corners befor i could compose myself , to fast in and shook my nerves a few times .

awesome fun tho

Also that turbos external wastegate so would need manifold mods.

And has a .82 exhaust housing, which makes it far bigger than even an RS500 T4

TBH that E.Bay ad makes me think the bloke hanst got a fucking clue what hes on about.

Such a big ex housing, but claiming 300bhp from it makes me think small compressor, which makes me think its just a turbo off a diesel truck of summat and totaly the wrong spec for a petrol application (dervs make much more exhaust gas so use bigger ex housings)
