Jano oddkid does a lot of work on standard bottom ends, would be the bloke to look up.
Maximum i think would be around 270hp and 25psi, could be completely wrong though

Years ago I used to run a bottom end the same spec but ran a 7.3:1 comp ratio, it ran at 23psi but was running out of fuel if you ran more boost.
