Not bad....... But if you look at where you have added the wheels onto your missus car, you can see the area's that need some more attention. The lines dont follow that of the car.
Ive highlighted in green.

Look at both and im sure you'll see what I mean.

The only other thing i'd add is, if you look at the shadow on the wheel centre also highlighted in green, you have to watch for where the shadow would fall based on the lighting of the car, and also a slight pespective change can help with the visual alignment.

also pay attention to where you position the new rims on existing tyres so that they look central.

Hope that helps. Keep up the good work

And I hope you dont think im trying to put you down or anything, you asked for opinions so thats what ive given you. Some people get touchy when they ask for opinions then dont like what they hear

No problem fella

im still getting use to the lasso tool so i cheated on this one useing the polygon tool which gave me the angled lines.
If you use the zoom function when you do it, you'll be able to use lots of little lines using polygonal rather than bigger ones when zoomed out.

as for the shading i havnt reallt got a clue but still getting used to the tools etc.
Once you have used the lasso around the new rims to be added, you can then use the free rotate selection to turn the wheel to get shading correct etc.
Also in the same section is the distort, pespective options as well.

any help or advice you can share would be cool
Hopefully the above will help.

Dont hesitate to ask if you want to know any more, If i can help I will
