So how do they fit in as a direct replacement for the existing rev counter ? Any one got pics of their conversion, i noticed Jays RS500 has is as a replacement for the original.

the elliot one fits intoside the normal sierra dash
you just chop a round hole in the normal sierra counter and the rev counter is extactly thick enough to fit in the slot left behind

I know its a stack unit again but to get it fit all I did was buy a small sheet of carbon from fleabay, cut it to fit the counter and fit in the dash, took the old rev counter out, butchered the back of the clocks so the sstack would fit and way hey. Cool looking dash
So how much are the various tachos as mine aint working, i have the ford racing guages in mine so was thinking of importing a for racing tacho as there only $200 in USA and £300 in UK, there 5.5in too, how much and how big are the other types.

ive never liked them ones that bunch up the low rpms. theyre great for race cars and track cars, but a bit shit when youre driving to work in a traffic jam

Mine is stikaflexed in. Remove the rev counter & fold the board behind. Simple just cut the hole on the carbon & mount the rev counter, the mount it in the plastic and use hot glue or stickaflex.
