Are the different makes such as Cool It Thermo -Tec (in the Burtons Catalgue) and DEI (in the Demon Tweeks one) better than each other or do they perform the same?

I am looking to wrap my tubular manifold (to keep engine bay temps down) and would like some recommendations to which is better.

Was going to do this to my 4 branch manifold and i was told ceramic coatings supposed to be quite good

I wrapped my manifold inwrap bought from;

Not had any issues with in in a couple of years of it being on, and they were a fair bit cheaper than the more popular alternatives

 

This what we have done on our Aston race car after deciding to take the heat proof wrapping off

 

KA ZETEC Neil from Fast Ford recommended them to me so might see what they'll charge me.

 

had me last manifold ceramic coated and will be getting new one done

 

we seem to be doing ok and with our steering column going through the right side manifold, so it must be doing something ok

 

Camcoat is good and so is Cool it wrap if you want a cheaper option

 

Deffo the way to go

 

inside and out coating is what i have had done on mine!

 

 

Ive got Cool It stuff on the Ka, find it works well given the small bay.
