who you with and how much do you pay

at the min im with BT and tbh i can only get on for 2hrs max a day

i have phoned them 6 times in the last 6 days to try and sort it and all they keep saying in there best of english is "oh yes its a problem at our end it will take 2-5 working days blah blah blah"

now im fookin sick of it and loosing money while its playing up, so i need a new isp please help

personally im on NTL paying 17quid (i think) for their 10mb package.

customer service is SHIT, but the quality of the service is second to none

 

Telewest broadband. Net, phone and cable 30 a month not had a problem yet, give them a try

 

You on the "can I trial your 10MB service please" service?

 

I'm with Zen, but since I work for them, saying how much I pay for my unlimited 2Mbps connection wouldn't be a fair comparison...

However, here's a list of recent awards we've won!

 

ECLIPSE can't fault them. We've been with them 5 years now and have only had one outage for 24 hours [which was down to BT]. Very helpful Tech Desk based in this country and easy to contact.

 

Im with NTL they do 3 speeds aint got a clue what they are but price's start at 17,25 and 30 odd for the top speed one. Im on the 25 quid one and it dose me like jim say's though customer service is crap if anything goes wrong

 

i got a discount coz i rung em and threatened to cancel, so i get 10mb speed for 1meg pricing
