Pulley which sits right down the bottom, connects to the alternator and runs the aux belt. Its wobbling, but straightens when revving higher than idle. Cambelt was changed last month, maybe its literally just loose?

19mm spanner and leave the car in gear.

Well I expect so, sits in line with the crank. has one big (19mm) bolt on the cunt.

 

Aye thats the one.

Just leave the car in gear, chock the wheels if you like and then nip the bolt up. might need to take the top or bottom cover off but dont need to jack it up

 

Done that, its tight as a virgin. belt is loose, new belt?
