2500 quid or so seems to be about the going rate.

Was just thinking of buying it, putting the diff/cradle/prop up on the MLR for 2k+the standard bits, and then the bird could have an evo 3 that she really likes for 2 grand cause she is pretty skint at the moment, lol

yep the RS diff is a pure limited slip unit that is pretty indestrutable - simialr to a 9" grp A diff.

the more common GSR difs with the active yaw can explde with more than 400 horses pulling through them.

As per PM to chip.

AFAIK early RS diffs dont fit later ones do they?

And earlier models dont have the demand for RS diffs like later ones as they dont have AYC diffs in the GSRs

ever since the evo 4 GSR , it came with AYC, you could also get a 4RS with the LSD.

But chips point is RS diffs from 1-2-3 fit 4 onwards? I was under the impression they didnt, hence why everyone dont do it, as 1/2/3 RSs are cheap and not too rare.

pretty sure they are totally differetm, as the floorpan and shell is different on the 1,2,3. the 4,5,6 shared the same one, then the 7,8,9 share the same one.
