I have been sepaking to the previous owner of my cossie (i bought it from a trader) who says the cossie has had some cams installed, he hasnt confirmed yet if they were standard replacments or upratted etc, but can you tell just by looking at all? and also if the cams were only say 2yrs old max, should they still look newish at all?

 

Look on teh back for the markings.

Is that possible to see simply by removing the rocker cover? (dont want to take things apart yet as i want to go Nat day if i take things apart it will take me ages to put em back together and no doubt i will have bits left over

as for the cams, they look new but deffo ford items, the main thing that gave that away was the ford sign in the side of each cam, sooo phew no mirror needed

 

ermmmmmmmm, dont take that as standard cams, they may have been reground.get ya mirror out.
