Hi people, ive got a FSI 1.6 16v and its a bit smokey, specially when pulling away quite hard. Doesn't seem to be a loss in power just its pumping out a fair bit of smoke.

Ive been told it could be the valve stem seals? Or somthing like that.

Easy or hard job, would i need to take the head off and what tools would i need? Got a fair bit of knowledge on engines etc. Oh and how much for the seals if its them?

Or how much do you think a garage would charge to do it?
