Yep another project. Now the fiesta xr allmost ready apart from the welding and the respray (think it will take me another 6months) it is time for another project.

Going to place a RS1600i head on it,full scoprion exhaust,RVS exhaust manifold. Thats it for now.

 

Well did something today. Placed the 15" RS wheels on it. And the xr2 carb. Runs fine now.

I got a RS1600i head. So after the vacation that is the first thing that is going to be changed. And i want a stainless exhaust and manifold. And a bit of lowering hehe. Got a xr3 front spoiler to and bumper.

 

 

Well after my mk3 1.6 carbed engine broke down last year september going to get another engine today. I have some thing on my list such as:

1.6 cvh EFI engine
rsT pistons
FRST management
etc etc. That makes one nice EFI turbo engine.
So going to turbo the estate. will update soon.

 

Well didn't do much last week. But today i stripped the engine.:

I also have a set off injectors but they are a bit big. I bought them for my ZT project but since i am having a little kid in october i don't have time for that. SO they are for sale. 305cc 30LB 61BHP pi. Perfect for a frst management or something.

well have 2 weeks vacation now. Going to order the parts to finish my engine. Hope to get it running at the and of my vacation.

 

Well bought myself a little thingie.
Now i can start cleaning my engine parts etc. I have tried a few things. Here is my therm housing. Left is the one i cleaned en right the one i allready sprayed without cleaning. I sandblasted my inlet mani to. ANd then get it or resprayed or powdercoated. Bit crappy photo but in realtime it looks much better All the dirt etc is removed.

Well done something today I sandblasted the inlet and resprayed it with new gaskets. Sorry for the crappy phone photo's can't find my digi cam
