hey guys dont have many pics of it yet but when i bought it it was a bog standard 1.1 escort bonus

mods ive done so far
ESCORT COSWORTH wheels (original not mondeo crap)
rs archs and side skirts (originals)
rs turbo recaro front and rear seats (88 spec)
90 spec rear rs spoiler
lowerd 60 mm on apex shocks and springs
black rear lights
red carpet (will be removing due to looking major gay!)
and a very full boot including
2 x jbl 12 inch 1000 watt subs
2 x jbl gto 400 watt amps
jbl 6x9's
jbl component set
1 x splx 1000 watt amp
and a jvc headunit

think that about covers it for the min

please note car needs a fair few bits of body work doing and yes i do plan on putting rs 90 spec front and rear bumpers and bonnet on and a nice back box untill i can aford to put a turbo lump in

then it will be sprayed black in the not so distant future hopefully

so did i mate lol but ive done a registration check and it came back as a 1.1 and so i think it must originaly be a 1.1 as no 1 would put a smaller engine in would they?

and as much as i want to keep ti silver i also dont want to keep it silverfor some strange reason my mind wants me to spray it black so im spraying it black but i dunno about bumpers now should i go 90 or 88 spec?

mk3/4 was available as a 1.1

looks great IMO, nice project

 

should have some s2 bumpers on there within the next week

then get the new wing fitted

then get a back box (not for power as i know it wont do sod all its a 1.1 just for show to make it look more like an rs

then get the bonnet vents

then hopefully the morrete headlights

and then i can get the damn thing painted lol

 

matt black as much as i hate smoked lights they really suit it in silver but if you do decide to turn it black id go to standards lights

 

cheers mate when its all painted i will decide about the lights but i think im gunna do everything black apart from the wheels (including headlights)

im awaiting the lights and tryuing to source a standard rs bonnet with vents that is either able to be posted or close to me as the bad boy 1 is way out of fashion now

then just need the 90 spec bumpers

then she will be painted

 

coming on nicely! Dump the back lights imo

 

the lights will probably be changed due to the fact i think there will be to much black if i dont my try and do a silver tint over the other standard set i have and see how that looks with the wheels

 

someone sujested to me (after id painted mine) i should of done it in stealth bomber paint might be a bit expensive but you could have the whole thing totally black

 

nah i want somthing to stand out not to hide away from bombs lol
