as i started a new job last month with scantec and got told that i will be self employed and that they have a company who does all the tax for me at 20notes or there about.

the company name is Crestpay based in chester. just wanted to know what they are like about expenses.

if you only work for one employer you cannot be self employed anymore,
if you work more than 70% for one employer you have to be on their books,the laws been in for a good few years now.

what it is because scantec want the money and not the hassle they subcontract the work to Crestpay.
